In reply to your Lordship's Miscellaneous despatch of the 18th October,* I beg leave to report that the Government of Western Australia will be pleased to grant railway facilities to Mr. Mackinder or Mr. Fisher, in the event of either or both visiting this State in connection with the preparation of illustrated lectures on the Empire for use in the schools of the United Kingdom.
