Repeal and re-enact-

ment of Section 12

of "The Colonial Governors (Pen- sions) Act, 1865."

WHEREAS doubts have arisen with respect to the pension to be assigned to a Colonial Governor, in certain circumstances not expressly provided for under "The Colonial Governors (Pensions) Acts, 1865 and 1872": Be it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons, in this present Parlia- liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. Section 12 of the "Governors (Pensions) Act, 1865," is hereby repealed.

II. This Act may be cited for all purposes as Short title of Act. "The Colonial Governors (Pensions) Act, 1875."

III. This Act shall be read as one with "The Construction of Colonial Governors (Pensions) Acts, 1865 and 1872."
