African Coast Fever. Confirms No. 17 and reports cases out- side the quarantine area; submits scheme for fencing, &c., and requests sanction to the expenditure necessary.
Draft Game Ordinance to replace present Regulations. Confirms No. 24; requests that the Ordinance when transmitted for allowance, and any future consoli- dating Ordinance may be accompanied by the customary comparative tables.
African Coast Fever. Confirms No. 23 and communicates substance of comments by the Chief Veterinary Officer of the Board of Agri- culture on the preventive measures proposed.
Game Ordinance: Export of Ivory. Reports publication of the Game Ordi- nance and transmits copies, together with rules made under Section 7 thereof, which make legal the export, in transit through the East Africa Protectorate, of any ivory lawfully acquired in Uganda.

African Coast Fever. Forwards report by the Chief Veterinary Officer showing the measures adopted to check the disease.
Captain Todd's Report upon Animal Diseases.
Sends copy of the report and states the steps which will be taken to give effect to the suggested preventive measures; remarks upon the value of Captain Todd's visit, and expresses regret that funds will not allow the permanent appointment of a veter- inary officer.
African Coast Fever. Acknowledges receipt of No. 35, and transmits copy of a Minute by the Chief Veterinary Officer of the Board of Agriculture.
Game Law.
Transmits copies of the Southern Rho- desia Game Law Consolidation Or- dinance, 1906, together with copies of despatches from the Administrator and Resident Commissioner.
Somaliland Game Regulations. Sends copy of a letter from the Commis- sioner of Somaliland to the Political Resident at Aden asking for the en- forcement of Regulations to assist the Somaliland Administration in ensur- ing the observance of their game Regulations, and enquires if any action has been taken, and, if not, whether the matter could be recom- mended to the consideration of the Indian Government.
