(2) His Majesty may revoke any such Order if it appeals to His Majesty that the law of the British possession rejerred to in the Order. has been su altered-as-to-make-it impedient that the Order should continua in parve no longer conforms with the conditions prescribed by the foregoing provisions of this Section.
(3) As regards any British possession with respect to which no such Order in Council has been male, or with respect to which the Order a Council has been revoked, the Governor of that possi ssion "may, in the prescribed form, and subject to day regulations made by the Sveritary of State, make a recommendation to the Secretary of Stale that a certificate of naturalization should be granted to any specified alien resident or serring the Crown in that pussa ession, and thereupon the Secretary of State may, if he thinks fit, grant a evelificate of naturalization accordingly.

Natural-rors BRITISH SUBJECTS.
28.—(1) The jelloring persons shall be dermed to be natural-burn British subjects
„amely,—
(a). Ang person boru in His Majesty's damdaims {and ligraùve] ; and
(1) Any person born out of His Majesty's diminions, whose father was born in His Majesty's dominions, and was a British suljet at the time of that person's birth; and

ng personi barn'on a British ship [whether in jureign territorial waters or not]. (2) A person born on a foreign ship shall not be deemed to be a British subject by reason only that the ship was in territorial waters at the time of his birth.
(3) The British Nationality Art, 1772, which naturalices under certain conditions the grawlchildren of natural-horn British subjects horn abroad, is hereby repeated.
Supplemental.
29. Nothing in this Act shall affect—
(1) the grant of letters of denization by His Majesty : or
(2) the or-territoriality of embassies and diplomatic missions; or
(3) the status of the child of an alien carmy.
(4) the effect of any naturalization law in any British possession operating only within the limits of that possession.
30. The enactments mentioned in the Second Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that schedule.
31. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Disability" means the status of being an infant, lunatic, idiot, or married
Woman;
"Prescribel" means prescribed by regulations under this Act.
32. This Act may be cited as the Aliens-ed Naturalization Act, 1907.
