Downing Street, November 10, 1908 WITH reference to previous correspondence on the subject of visual instruc- tion, I am directed by the Earl of Elgin to enclose, for your information, the accom- panying copy of a lettert from Mr. H. J. Mackinder covering copies of accounts in regard to special editions of the lantern lectures prepared by him.
