Asks what supervision is being exercised over management of remaining licensed shops States, in reply to No. 47, that Standing Opium Advisory Committee were not in favour of using the Aliens Ordinance, 1932, for purpose of preventing entry of opium smoking immigrants, but agreed that closing of registers of opium smokers is both desir- able and feasible.
