Whether, beyond the limits of the new State, British subjects, so long as it was not duly recognised, could be ac cepted as citizens of it, and exempted from British jurisdiction for acts done or engagementa entered into with them. Ordinance to render valid any marriage performed by any minister of religion within the Falkland Islands whose name has been gazetted by the Goyer- nor for the time being. Whether a vessel merely passing through a port, without breaking bulk, and with- out intention of breaking bulk, or enter- ing cargo therein, having goods on board, the importation of which into the islands was prohibited, constituted such an importation as was prohibited by the Customs Laws. (See No. 766.) Question whether the Promissory Oaths Act of 1870 required to be reserved for the signification of Her Majesty's pleasure.
