Points raised by Her Majesty's Consul General at Tunis concerning a seques- ter which has been placed upon a Tuni- sian ship of war in the port of Malta by some creditors of the Bey. Seizure by ber English crew of the Vene- zuelan steamer "Bolivar," and the question whether the vessel might not be attached in a British port with a view to its value being made available for the satisfaction, as far as it might go, of the claims which Her Majesty's Government have against the Venezue- lan Government.

Instructions to be given to Her Majesty's Naval and Colonial authorities in the West Indies respecting the Venezuelan Government steamer "Bolivar," which had been seized by her British crew. (See No. 448.)
