The Detachment lately under Command of Captain Seckie, consisting of One Captain, One Lieutenant, Two Sergeants, Two } Corporals and 21 Gunners.
Perth Artillery Company, consisting of One Captain, Two Lieutenants, Two Sergeants, and Forty-Two Rank and File.
Note. The foregoing detail only comprehends portions of the Sedentary Militia, called into active service for a period of six months, exclusive of which Four Battalions and One Cavalry Troop of Incorporated Militia have been directed to be enlisted for eighteen monthis, to be Recruited by Volunteers, from the population promiscuously, and Two Battalions enrolled for six months' service (armed and clothed at the public expense), are to be kept in reserve, onu at Hawkesbury, the other at Charlottenburg, with orders to meet once a week for drill and inspection, receiving-the Officers, ono day's pay per week, and the Non-Commissioned Officers and inen, three shillings and ninu pence, without any further allowance or gratuity.
