States that the sentence of eight weeks' imprisonment on certain of the crew of the "Parthenia" was, on appeal, reduced to four weeks.

Imprisonment of crews of “St. Kilda " and "Thyra." Acknowledges receipt of Nos. 63 and 64 and suggests that a review of the magistrate's decision in the cases of the "St. Kilda" and "Thyra" should be obtained by bringing the matter on appeal before the proper appellate tribunal.
