Orders are being placed by Cable and Wireless through local representative General Electricity Co. for R/T equipment for Civil Defence Services. I should be grateful if you would communicate with Mr. MacQueen, Manager Radio Department, General Electric Co., Magnet House, Kingsway and impress on the Company the importance of this equipment here. Any steps that can be taken to expedite delivery of
equipment which has been or may be ordered would be much appreciated.
