I enclose a copy of a semi-official letter received from the Home office regarding an enquiry addressed to the Chief officer, London Fire Brigade by the Chief Officer Hong Kong Fire Brigade about the Napelm type of Incendary Fire Bomb.
No doubt you will direct any enquiries you Consider necessary to the Air Officer Commanding in Hong Kong, as suggested in the Home Office letter.
