Dear Mr. Crozier,

I am sorry for the delay in writing to thank you for your letter of the 6th April. It has taken me some time to make contact with Mr. J. H. Watson of the Foreign Office.

I am grateful to you for letting me know the

arrangements which you have made for the despatch of special propaganda material to you. After discussion with Mr. Watson, however, we think that it will be more dfficient and quicker if the material is despatched to Hong Kong direct by the Foreign Office. They will send it to the Representative of the Regional Information Office of Singapore who has recently been appointed to serve in Hong Kong. His name is Leslie Smith; perhaps you know him already.

I suggest that you should get in touch with Leslie Smith on your return and see that you get from him all the material which you need,

I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Watson

in the Foreign Office.

D. J. S. CROZIER, ESQ.

Yours sincerely,

(K. W. Blackburne)
