Dear Mr. Blackburne,

(22)

I am most grateful for your letter of 21st.April, and for the arrangements you have made with Mr. Watson of the Foreign Office regarding the despatch of propaganda material to me. I feel sure that despatch through the Regional Infromation Office is the better method in every respect.

My Department in Hongkong is, however, anxious to secure whatever material there may be as soon as possible, and I shall ask Mr. Watson to make the arrangement effect- ive at once without, that is, waiting until I shall have returned to the Colony.

-

Yours sincerely,
