One of the main problems of higher education is to fill the higher educational institutions with working class and peasant youths. At present among the students of the old universities and other higher educational institutions, the children of peasants, workers and of the petty bourgeosic number a few individuals. In order t change the social composition of the pupils, the Central People's Government intends to organisc. working-class-peasant faculties.
