Following is my telegram No. 36 to Tamsui. Begins.
176 Nationalist soldiers of the Choy Sang army of Tungshan including a few women and children who arrived in Hong Kong per S.S. ETHEL MOLLER and were refused leave to land have been repatriated back to Formosa per S.S. PROSPER on 22.5.50 at the request of their commanding officers Major Generals' Keung Wan Ching and Chi Kwai San. Their arms will be sent back later in another vessel. Shipping company request that you inform Nationalist Government of their impending arrival. Ends.
