3. Formation o: lists of Common and Special Jurora (52
The Registrar shall, on or before the first day of Februry in eɛch year, or on or before such other day as may be ordered by the Cover for in any pɛrticular year, make two alphabetical lists of persona limble to serve as jurors, with occup: tions <nd › ddresses, one being a list of special Jurors and the other being a list of common Jurors, nd shall druse a copy of each list to be posted for 14 days et one of the entrances to the Courts.

Within this 14 days any person may apply in writing to the egistrar requiring that his nome or the name of some other person may be added to or struck off from either of the lists upon cause duly nasigned, and the legistrar shall decide upon such applications and alter the list accordingly.

In coepting the list of special jurors the Governor in Council shall not be bound by any previous order m de by him regarding the anximus number of speciel jurors.
The Governor may if he thinks fit, by order #dopt in kny one year the list of special jurors nd the list of coussan Jurors of the previous year ea and for such lists for the current year.
Bringing lists into operation (Seo. 8)
(1) The two lists when finally settled by the Governor in Council shall be returued to the "egistr·r vho sh∙11 causO then to be published in the Casette. The liste shall be brought into use on the first day of March next following, or on such day sa may be ordered by the overnor.

The egistrar is empovered to add the names of say persons becoming liable for inclusion in both lists at d te subsequent to the settlement of the lists by posting their names for 14 days it one of the entrances to the Courts of Justice, and by forwarding the list of names so posted to the lerk of the Councils for cousideration by the Cover or in Council who my finally settle the said list.
