Watien of Canton Kowloon railway has been here for two days. Authorities attach great importance to moving exports and bringing in railway material now at Kowloon and it is proposed to operate forthwith three goods trains daily each way, I gather aircraft are now available to intercept any raiders and that authorities in any case express confidence that Formosa will be conquered in the near future.
