Time and cost of establishing transmitters on new site proposed are considerad widely disproportionate to coverage to be obtained. Eesence of original suggestion that 7 kilowatt transmitters might replace lower power transmittera on existing site was to get results quickly and cheaply.
2. Before decision whether or not project is to be abandoned, grateful if you will indicate briefly by telegram your reasons for regarding existing sito as incapable of serving purpose envisaged even with higher powered transmitters.
