The Chairman said that tha torms of rcfcrcnco of tho Hong Kong representative of the Regional Information Office in Singapore had now been agroed by the Governor of Hong Kong, our Ambassador in Nanking and the Commissioner-General for South-East Asia. The Foreign Office wore going into the question of grading and establishment and hoped to approach the Treasury forthwith.
