Information on Communist Activities.
I enclose two copies of a short paper prepared by the Foreign Office and entitled "Training the Toung for Stalin". The Foreign office regret that they have little material on exactly the aspect you require, since their studies are devoted to countries already under communist control.
They have, however, in draft a complete study of the whole hussian systen of edua tion, including Communist thought on the subject; this will be useful for your general information and copies will be forwarded when ready for distribution.
2. It has been suggested that useful information on Communiat penetration in schools might be avail- able in the Federation of Kalaya or in Singapore and if you have not alread done so you may consider it worth while approaching them,
