He is shortly going to be at Singapore,
and I should have thought that it would be a good thing to persuade the Ministry of Defence to tell the B.D.C.C. to get his views/while there, at the same time warning the Governor that his views will be sort on this particular issue and asking him, when he has had a discussion with the B.D.C.C., to telegraph his views to us, When we know what he thinks about all this, it seems to me we shall be in a much better. position to advise,
