2nd. February, 1949

My dear Sul

We are sending in the next bag under the usual third personal note, copies of the Minutes of the 16th. Meeting of the British Defence Co-ordination Committee, Far East.

2.

Paskin has asked me to draw your attention to these Minutes, since he feels that you will wish to get hold of them in the office quickly, because he was present at the meeting, and took part in the discussions. He thinks that you will be particularly anxious to see what was said under Item 8 regarding the situation in Hong Kong.

Yours sincerely,

Maine Home
