THE COMMITTEE : -
(a)
Took note of the telegram from the British
Defence Co-Ordination Committee, Far East;
(b) Agreed that no land force reinforcements ought to
be sent at the present time to Hong Kong from the United Kingdom;
(c)
Instructed the Secretary to send a telegram*
to the British Defence Co-ordination Committee, Far East, informing them of this recommendation.
