(4) Invited the Admiralty to order the move
of a cruiser from the West Indies to the Far Eastern Station.
(5) Invited the War Office and Air Ministry,
respectively to make all preparations, pending decisions by Ministers, for the reinforcement of Hong Kong by a Brigade Group and a Fighter Squadron.
