The Chinese Association of Scientific Workers (Hong Kong).
I enclose copies of a letter asking me to receive a deputation from the World Federation of Scientific Workers and the Association of Scientific workers of Great Britain to enable them to express their concern at the suppression of the Hong Kong Branch of the Chinese Association of Scientific Workers.
The letter has been acknowledged and the Secretary General has been informed that I will communicate further after consultation with you.
I would be grateful for your early comment on the points raised in the correspondence so that I may consider what further reply should be sent to the Secretary General.
