association is a society within the meaning of

this Ordinance unless the contrary is proved;

a name, or that it has been constituted or is

society be dissolved where he is satisfied that

any such society is being used for purposes

prejudicial to or incompatible with peace, welfare

or good order in the Colony".

Add the words "and the registration thereof,

if it is a registered society. shall be cancelled".

The words "of the society" should be added

at the end of this clause.
