2. We have discussed and have agreed. that it would be advantageous to
provide for control of societies entalelished
outside the Colony but carrying an certam activities in the Colony. The new clause 4 is designed to carry out the aforementioned object and the provize Veneto is important.
The societies which must apply for registation are will be more clearly indicated by the proposed new clause 5.
4. I have modified clause 13 which
was not at all clear.
