As a result of discussion with Minister of Defence I should be glad if experienced and well. qualified intelligence Bureau expert could come to Hong Kong to examine civil intelligence system hero. I should be grateful to be informed who it is proposed. to send before selection is finally made.
It might
be convenient if he were to come at the same time as the Police Adviser.

I also suggest for consideration of those concerned that an experienced Intelligence Officer should be on the staff of Commander of all forces here ((corrupt gp.) instructions from you handed to my by
Defence Minister refer) to coordinate Services
Intelligence requiremente and the use of M.1.5 and M.1.6.
