meeting, page 2. The reference to Johnson on lines 7-11 as worded seems to suggest that he is going out as Police Adviser to the Government of Hong Kong. It might be clearer if the sentence were amended to read:-
"gir Percy sillitoe said that he considered that Mr. Johnson, who as Police Adviser to the Secretary of State for the Colonies would be visiting Hong Kong in the second half of July, could give all the expert advice that was likely to be required on special Branch mattere".
