In accordance with instructions conveyed in the Governor of Hong Kong's savingram No.779, a copy of which I attach, would you please pay to Chief Inspector F.J. Çoveney of the Special Branch, New Scotland Yard, 9. W.1%, an honorarium of I.K$250 (£15:12:6) from 11 ng Kong funds in recognition of services rendered during his recent visit to the Colony.
