BEGINS.
1.
Any violation of the rules and regulations for the maintenance of order in the garden shall be punished by the two trustees. Such fines as may be imposed by them on the offenders in accordance with the said rules and regulations shall go towards the upkeep and improve- ment of the garden.
2.
Persons involved in civil or criminal cases arising in the garden shall be amenable to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the locality in which the defendant has his domicile.
