Central News Agency reports that at meeting of Resident Committee of Peoples Political Council February 13th Minister for Foreign Affairs stated that various proposals for settlement of Kowloon City Incident had been proposed and were being studied by both Government's and that it was this conviction that in finding a proper
settlement "both legal stand of Chinese Government and public health requirements of Kowloon leasehold would be given due consideration".
