You asked about the plan of Kowloon referred to in a Savingram from Hong Kong (I have not the file available to quote the reference).
Herewith the plan in question
we have only one copy. If you think it would be suitable for your reference to the Law Officers, you might like to have it photo-statted. Would you please let me have it back when you have done with it?
I imagine it would be useful for the Law officers, whether they are given copies of this plan or not, to have something bigger which would better show the tiny extent of the Walled City" and its position as an enclave miles inside our frontier.
