Ambassador's telegram No. 65 not yet received and I am therefore unable to offer comment, I will telegraph further as soon as the telegram arrives.

In the meantime, answers to x remainder o of questions in your telegramare that a public statement was made on 12th January of this Government's intention to turn Kowloon City into a park. I see no objection to confirming this decision and sc informing the Chinese Government but I cannot usefully discuss how this should be done until the Ambassador's telegram No. 55 is
available.
