and the morning before I was transferred there
was an English speaking foreman reported himself to me,
but he was an English speaking foreman who belonged to
No 3 District. I then asked Inspector Frith about him,
and he said he had not seen his foreman that morning,
and the Inspector said he would report the matter at
unos. Since then, I understand, there is no English
speaking foreman. I think he was put there that morning
to satisfy me. I reported in No 7 and No 8 Districts
as well when I went there that there was no English
speaking foreman,
