Yes, but the Senior Inspectors do not serve any notices. The Prosecuting Inspectors serve a good many
notices.
with regard to the Prosecuting Inspector. At the 21.778 moment, there is one Inspector who holds that post, and does the whole of the prosecuting for the Colony, and consequently he appears as Prosecutor in cases in which he knows nothing, except the bald statement in the report. Would it not be possible that the District Inspectors. should be able to go up and do their own
prosecuting ?
