I recommended the Government not to promote Inspector Les, because hie work was not satisfactory to the

M. Ò. K. and to the Senior Inspectors, under whom he

was working. That is one instance in my memory. I have more recently recommended that a District Inspector,

who was on three months probation, was given his conge because his work was not satisfactory.
