I cant remember the circumstances.
You said "false position". What do you infer by that ↑ 13994
I was thinking that possibly Inspector Allen might have made out a bill før Foo Sik, and he had been told not
to.
It says here that the bills must be made out in Poo sik's name, or by Foo Sik himself.

I think there was something of this sort happened: Foo Sik had a subcontractor, and the bills were made out in his name I think, but the Government had a contract with Foo Sik, and therefore the bills had to be made out in the name of the Government contractor, even although he may have subcontracted the work. I think
that was it.

So it probably had to do with the removal of plague (3797
bodies?
Probably, or some burials, or they might have related
to the filling of flors after examination for concrete
Too Sik would not have done any work of that sort ↑ 13998 °
I dont know any reason why he should not have done it.
As far as I remember, there is no special contractor
for that, but I am not sure.
Bo you think they might have been bills for Foo sik 13999
opening up floors and filling them ?
It might have been so
- I am not sure,
