You know something of the type of Chinese house storied houses. Do you think it would be better for the community at large if the Government introduced two styles of building regulations, a style of building regulations for a house built on European principles, and then on the other hand, do you think it would be a suitable thing for the Government to have building regulations for native houses, so the native house can. be built in nativs style, not more than two stories high, and each would accomodate a whole family.
