Ali Inspectore - I am talking generally.
No, I dont consider that is the duty of the M. 0. X.
That is the duty of a Chief Inspector. I might say I
quite agreeof course if we are undertaking any apsoial
disinfecting measures, that the M. 0. H. should at any
rate while the Inspectors are getting into the work,
give as much ́tige as he possibly can to seeing that
they understand it, but I object to the X. 0. A. being
a sort of detective on the Inspectura, because that
will stop him toing any real Medical Officer of
Health's work.

Yes. There is no doubt when our present Senior
Inspectors were brought out from home, that they were
brought out with the intention of their doing that sort
of work, only it was thought that the work was too
large for one Senior, or Chief, Inspector, and five
were brought out from home. There is no doubt that they
·
were brought out to look after what we call the
Sanitary Inspectors.
The system was inaugurated before the present
Ordinance came into force ?
