that floor ↑
The word pervious or impervious is not used in connection with sections 111 or 112, as far as I know, and therefore I should not concern myself with that

For what reasons ?

Is that such a defective floor that you could deal with,
or recommend him to deal with, under section 111 ↑
I cannot answer that question, as you have put it.
13378
Mr Hooper, I confess I dont understand myself. How is a man to say a floor is impervious, if you have six inches of concrete. How is a man to know that there are ratruns
underneath.
By thumping, you may ascertain that there are rat uns, but you may not be able to know that there is at:r.
