When I went there I found that everything with the exception
of the dead body was cleared out of the house. There was
nobody there and, putting two and two together, I naturally
concluded it was a case of infectious disease. There was no
apparent consumption as the woman was in fairly good condi- -tion, so I sent the body to the Mortuary as a okse of
