I believe that after the Board meeting copies were sent. I
an not quite sure because formerly I used to send them up
and they used to be in the Gazette. They are not Gaxetted
now but I think two copies are sent up after each Meeting.
Are they sent to the Governor direct or to the Colonial
Secretary?
To the Colonial Secretary. I am not quite sure if they are
not sent to the Private Secretary.
