Would it be possible for Officials to do anything of the inyo sort without saying anything about it ?
A:- No, Bir. because 1 write all the letters unless they take
upon themselves the duties. Sometimes letters are written to
me direct. I can't say whether they have not answered any auch lettera direct themselves but nothing has come within
my knowledge and I should not think they would do such a thing. I am only just showing you a case where it could be possible but I don't think it would be dor
