A:- Supposing a complaint comes into me I send it down to the

Inspetter for report. A letter comes in to me anking whether

certain work has been đo.. I send it down to the sendir

Inspector for report. Someone came, as I mentioned before,

and reported a dead chill on the roof of a house. I help-

-phoned and told the Inspector to make fospection. It was

done but i the Inspector refused to carry out my order I

don't 'mow at present if I have the power to enforce it.
