The Chairman reads letter enclosing notice from the Sanitary Board dated 5th Hay and another notic, dated 22nd May, sign- -ed by the Secretary of the Board ordering some corcrete
work to be done.
We are inquiring into complaints but I don't know if it is our business to block the current work of the Sanitary De
Department. I mean to say supposing a man has a grievance he
can bring it before the Sanitary Board.

The Chairman :- I think so, We must not interfore with the ordinary every
day work of the Sanitary Board.
