Hr. Secretary Creech Jones to refer to the letter from this Department of the 29th April and to inform you that a copy of your letter of the 28th April has now been sent to the Governor of Hong Kong for his views.
2. In these circumstances, Mr. Creech Jones does not propose at present to take advantage of the offer in the last paragraph of your letter, which he much appreciates, to expand or elucidate in discussion any of the points in your letter of 28th April.
