that has elapsed without further official statement since Parliamentary statement accepting the Governor's proposals in principle.
You will observe that, with the exception of (e), none of the points is new. I nevertheless undertook to bring them to your attention, while assuring them that the majority of their points had already received the fullest consideration,
I see no need, in the light of the above representations, to vary any of the recommendations already made by Sir Mark Young.
