We will let you know if any further substantial amendments arise in the despatch in its present form before it is finally agreed by all concerned and can issue, but meanwhile we should be very grateful if you would let us know whether you have any comments on the draft as it now stands. o are of course hoping to get the despatch off officially within a very few days' time. We will also let you have three copies of the despatch as finally sent, as requested in your leter of the 24th June.
